Your personal data is safe and secure, and it will only be used to enhance your experience on this website and manage access to your account. It will not be shared or sold to any other company for any other purposes.

Terms and Conditions serve as confirmation to a credit card company that you acknowledge and accept our guidelines before making a purchase. Ensuring fairness for all customers.

These include:

  • Products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged during transit, with proof of damage required to be provided to our customer service department on the day of delivery.
  • All products are labeled with information posted for customers to conduct their due diligence before purchasing. If you have concerns regarding ingredients, please contact us before making a purchase at (603) 727 6216.

With the exception of rare cases, all returns must adhere to the following conditions:

  • Products must not be rejected or returned without a RAN (Return Authorization Number) from our company. This number should be prominently displayed in large writing on the outside of the package, clearly visible.
  • Products without return authorization will be declined and sent back to the customer.

For special situations where an RAN has been authorized, a 15% restocking fee will be subtracted and the remainder will be refunded, PROVIDED that:

  • the product seal is intact
  • the product has not been opened
  • the product or seal is unbroken.

Shipping is non-refundable. Return shipping insurance is recommended

We do not have the need for this notice often, but we just want to inform you of the process so everyone knows it upfront. It can save a lot of confusion for all. It grieves us to say it, but the internet has a fickle customer base. This is hard on a company that pays credit card fees, (which are not refunded to us) packaging, shipping, and personnel to do it all only to have an unreasonable customer. It is better for us to both “chat” up front.
